Pre-Screening Form

EACH applicant over age 18 must fill out the pre-screening form prior to scheduling any showings.

There is no fee for the pre-screening form, it is a simple questionnaire.

Any misrepresentation or omission on pre-screening form is grounds for denial and/or termination of lease.
If you do not meet the minimum stated requirements, you will not be contacted.

to let us know all applicants have completed it.
